Slightly out of the way, but lots to offer.

Wanting to take advantage of the weak Peso prior to the election, I met a couple of TUSCLers down in TJ last weekend to make a serious run at all clubs we were physically able to hit before blacking out. Had we anticipated Trump's victory, we would have planned to go after election day. The Peso has dropped even further. I wrote an article with general thoughts related to the state of Tijuana mongering but it seems to be stuck in approval. I will not be posting a series of reviews for the clubs that we managed to hit up. Strictly work of fiction, obviously.

El Dulce Gabbana (DG) is basically kitty-cornered to Hong Kong. It's across the street to the west of Tropical Bar and about half a block north on Ninos Heroes. This club is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, perhaps the only venue in all of Zona Norte to take days of the week (or even hours of the day) off.

After having powdered up in HK, we sauntered over to DG just for completion purposes. We were trying to check off the list afterall. The multi-colored Christmas-styled icicle lights on the ceiling were not playing nice with some of us after powering up in HK. This is a local bar, but resting somewhere between Las Chavelas and Hong Kong. Local men hit up this place, but not local couples looking to drink.
