If you want skin, skip this place. The Brass Rail serves liquor so for the most part it is just a bikini bar where the dancers double as waitresses--at least they were during the afternoon that I went there for a second time recently to kill three hours before heading to a Shark's game. I guess having dancers double as waitresses is an interesting idea if you want to be able to talk to the girls--if not, then you might just end up thirsty because your dancer isn't the greatest cocktail waitress in the world.. The women on this recent trip ranged from 5 to 7--maybe one or two 8s or better.. but those are definitely a minority. If you move away from your table or the bar to the stage where the ladies dance, you may get a quick tit or kitty shot if you ante up more than a single, but for the most part it is strictly bikini. There appeared tp be no lap dance areas. Either the bouncer was asleep, or late, or maybe there is no cover in the afternoon, because I walked in and went straight to the bar for a beer without anyone stopping me. There was also no porn running on the TV screens that day as someone else mentioned. Maybe they were having technical problems.

All in all, if you want pure nakedness in the South Bay, go to the Kit Kat. You will have to put up with drinking only Poland Springs or Snapple because there is no liquor license--and the price is $teep with an ante going to the house via an electronic bill snatcher every 10 minutes (not every song).. If you want a show with skin and touching allowed, or extra mileage, go to SF to the places that already have reviews a mile long (MBOT, MSC, New Century).
