The formula that made Tootsie's a nation wide top 10 strip club (and more often than not in the top 5) did not make the journey down Dixie to the new cavernous warehouse on 183rd street. Raised prices and overboard GC style have killed what was the perfect formula that resided for years on the corner of 203rd street. Tootsie's RIP.
