Where is everybody?

Traveling got me to South Texas, almost middle of nowhere. I had an unintended stay in Lubbock once which was the middle of nowhere. This time though, it's on purpose.

First, some particulars though. Don't know what the address listed is but my GPS had it all wrong and I only found the place accidentally after having given up on locating it (and the other club in the area, Jaguars) while driving back to my hotel. I did end up passing Jaguars first but by that point it was on the other side of the highway with no easy way to turn around and get to it. It did look like it had a crowded parking lot though.

Soon enough, Whispers passed to the right and there was an immediate exit after it. I got off and had to do this long turnaround back under the highway, about a mile in the opposite direction and then back under the highway to come back.
