Opens at 7:00pm, doesn't mean dancers show up by 7:00pm . . .

This place is right across the street from Hotel Conquistador (actually, across the back alley), and is really jumping at night. At 7:00pm, not so much. There was nobody on stage, and nobody likely to show up. After a few lonely minutes sipping my Gallo a not-too-thick gal named Charlie sat down, and as she had decent-enough English, I found out that; 1. Stage dancing happens MUCH later; 2. Stage dancing does not always end in nudity; and 3. Most of the working girls never appear in the rotation. After a while she convinced me she could do the job, so we went to a decent room upstairs (sink) and after the equivalent of $80 we both left happy.
