Yes ! I made a fantastic return visit to Country club. One of my favorite places in Guatemala City for economical fun. For gringos -- fair warning. It is in very rough Zona, very few foreigners or gringos here. It caters to locals. Take cell number of taxi or driver, If you visit, go early around 7pm. Make arrangement for specific time for pickup. The bar is across from a university and soccer football field which means local dudes hanging around the street. Inside Country Club, is a seedy, hole in the wall, down home place. 11-12 chicas, a few brunettes and blondes from El Salvador, rest are authentic Guate girls. Beer is inexpensive, bottled water much more expensive. There are only one or two chicas rated a 7 or 8, rest are mid level economical dancers which is the attraction. Your dinero will go very far. 400 Questalzas for dancers. they are extremely appreciated of drinks, beers, anything. Le Club or Platinum dancers cater to expensive drinks purchased by horn dog gringos. Nearly all Chicas here resemble normal girls you see in the city, average girl next door type which is the attraction. Recommend getting a seat in the back or in booths to keep everyone in front at all time.. Chicas speak only Spanish. Don't stay late, don't go late, you will find a tremendous value. when ready to leave have taxi ready or ask bartender to secure a taxi before you exit to minimize outside exposure.
