Jewel Box

Was staying a few blocks away for work and decided to give this place a try. I only made it to the bar portion of the club, so not sure about the rest. That portion felt more like a regular bar than a strip club. I walked in and the bartender came over for to get my order. She had a bit of an attitude, but nothing more than I have seen in neighborhood bars. Just did not expect it at a club. I got a beer and set down and a dancer came by and talked for a bit. Then there was some argument that broke out at the end of the bar between some dancers. They were loud. Very loud. It was just me, another customer, the bartender, and someone who might have been a homeless guy who looked like he was there to just be inside. Pretty quickly I realized that this was not my type of establishment. I think the bartender realized that, and brought me another beer on the house to guilt me into staying. The argument escalated, and the bartender went to break it up.

I used this as my chance to shotgun my remaining drinks, and make it to the door. Maybe on weekends this is a better place, but for a weeknight evening I doubt i will ever return.
