same old neighborhood tavern

It had been quite a while since i'd been to Dream On, which I now believe may be the easternmost club in the Portland area.

Not much has changed over the years. Since this is a neighborhood tavern and a little run down, the crowd tends to be older gents who typically prefer the bar or the lottery machines over the dancers. The dancers are usually a little older than average but it can vary quite a bit. Dancers tend to be very friendly and usually pretty attractive, though the older ones tend to fall into the "average" category. (Sorry, I don't like numbers.) What I'm trying to say is that this is not a club to come to if you want young, skinny dancers.

Dancers are friendly at the rack and you'll get a fair amount of attention, at least in the daytime, as you might be the only one at the rack. By "attention," I don't mean some special code for a mini-lap or something else. Just that they'll spend more time near you and may even sit and talk. Dancers typically dance three song sets, at least as long as there are three or less on duty.
