Was in Tulsa on business so went to Cloud 9 to have a drink and scout out the scenery. First, the building itself is in bad shape and could be condemned any day by the health department. I paid a $5 cover to get in which was not bad. Ordered a beer at $3.25 which is quite a bargain for a strip club. However, as the old saying goes, you get what you paid for. There were about 6 dancers on shift and five of the six were coyote ugly. The sixth was decent looking so when she was on stage, I went up and tipped her a few dollars hoping she would come by afterwards and give me a lap dance. No such luck - she disappeared into the locker room and did not reappear until it was her shift again.

Would counsel avoiding the club unless you enjoy drinking a lot of beer at a strip club and are on a budget. Or if you love women who are 10-30 lbs overweight. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
