Not my favorite

Mascaras is not my favorite club in Jacksonville for various reasons. They try to pass themselves off as an upscale urban stripclub, which usually means alot of fluff with no substance. The last few times I went entry prices were reasonable. It was $10, unless it was after 2am then it went to $40. The club itself is relatively small. They fixed it quite a bit over the years. But like I said they're trying to pass themselves off as an upscale Club. Most of the seating is roped off for VIP guest. So you'll have to stand or grab one of few stolls at the bar, if you don't want to pay for VIP. The dancers are called Mascaras Elite, supposedly the best looking dancers in town. I can't say they're the best in town, but I can say you won't find a busted up dancer in the bunch like the other clubs, who just let anybody work. This club is more about showing off than getting dances. So I wouldn't expect alot of mileage. So if you want the upscale urban experience without any substance this is your club.
