I won't return to a PA club

A buddy and I arrived there about 10:30 pm. We payed the $20 admission which includes free beer. The dance area is well lit with plenty of light. The seating area is mainly chairs around the stage. The bar is in a back room away and out of sight of the action. There are two pool tables in the bar area. You have a choice of cheap beer or lager and you must keep it in the bar area. The lap dance area is not private at all and they have a strict no touch rule. The dancers can touch you but you better not touch them. The dancers rate anywhere from 6-8. Good interaction as long as you're tipping. I got a lap dance from Kylie. Even though, I couldn't touch, it was ok I guess. It was $40 for 8 minutes. It's $20 for 4 minutes or you can get the VIP 30 minutes for $160. My buddy tried Parker for the VIP and he said it wasn't worth it, same rules. If all PA clubs are like this, I won't return to one.
