The place is known, that being a good or bad thing is up to you. Came here with a female friend on a Monday night a little after 10pm. She was quite drunk, and having a blast while being pretty loud. We paid the $5 cover each, then went down to sit right at the edge of the stage. I got some drinks, and on my way back, my lady friend already had a dancer on her lap.

In terms of attractiveness, I would say there wasn't any girl above a 6 or 7, and I never noticed until my friend pointed it out, but they rarely use the poles when they dance. At least not any advanced moves. They mostly just roll around on the stage. After my friend kept shouting for pole tricks, the blonde bartender actually took a break and went up on the stage for a song. She completely killed it, with some of the best pole tricks I've ever seen.

Dance prices are 10 for the floor and 20 for the champagne room. I think there's a middle option for a less secluded room in the back, but I don't remember. My friend and I took a few girls back to the champagne room to dance for the both of us, got kicked out of the champagne room when we started getting a little frisky with each other after the dancer left, had a few more drinks, got a few more dances on the floor, then split. Over all, the girls are nothing special and a little bit rude and the furnishings are pretty dated, but the drinks and dances ate cheaper than some other places, and all around, "The Boat" is a pretty fun place.
