Not bad

This club finally opened up a few weeks ago, after a 4 year legal battle with the city of Jacksonville. I will try to give as detailed an inaugural review as possible, though there was a lot that I didn’t observe while I was there.

From the outside it did not look like much. The building could use a fresh coat of paint and the grass in front of the club was up to my knee. Seriously now, how hard can it be to keep things spruced up on the outside?

The inside, however, was a different story. They obviously spent some money in there. The bar was beautiful, with a lit marble top and high back faux leather padded wooden chairs. The rest of the club is somewhat small, with a main stage in one back side of the club and dark wooden tables and chairs surrounding it. The chairs were also padded with the faux leather, including more comfortable looking chairs lining the stage. The bathroom was stylish, even including large bowl sinks that I have seen in some conference hotels. Multi-colored strobe lights were sending colored dots around the interior of the club for the entire time I was there.
