I escaped form the BORING La Jolla area with a co-worker of mine. Except for the police stop in our taxi on the way into town, this was smooth and easy into Tijuana.

The club has a more intimate feel than Adelita's. The women were friendlier and prettier. Less of a crowd. They drank with us, watched the stage show and then of course offered to take me and my buddy next door to the hotel to f**k like rabbits. Well, I was pretty drunk by this point so I deferred to my friend who took a lovely, dark-haired lady up to the cheap hotel room and proceeded to have fantastic relations with her for $80+$60.

The stage show is so-so. The tequila is strong. The beers are bottle. The hard sell is in effect. Take cash-only, of course, and be nice to the policia.
