Starting off, you should know that any club in DC will pale in comparison in to any club outside of the city. The laws in DC are so restrictive, most of the time It feels as if you were just paying some money to have someone sit next to you after they have finished dancing. But if you aren't looking for lap dances, or any serious interaction, and you were just looking for a good evening to spend out at a club, Archibald definitely has some character. It is a small club, with only one or two dancers dancing at a time on a main stage and a small side stage. After each dance a dance or will walk around and introduce themselves to you. Individual time on the stage is short, so you will see the same dancer in about an hour. Simply stated, there are a lot of people with a lot of money, so if you want a lot of attention at this club, you may have to be generous. But if you were just looking for an opportunity to stop in somewhere, grab a drink, look at some beautiful women, while you were wondering the streets of DC, Archibald's is a fantastic place to stop.
