Good time

I've been reading reviews of this place for a while and wanted to check it out for myself. I was finally in the area so decided to hit it up. I'm glad that I did.

The cover was $10 which gets you two bottles of water (the bartender - super cute with lots of personality - gives you the first one and a mini medicine cup. I eventually figured out, much to her amusement, that the cup indicated that you were owed another cold water). They're BYOB so they will keep your own booze on ice, but I didn't have any so don't know the details of how that works. While sitting at the bar, I had a nice, easy conversation with her. During my time at Playhouse Lounge, there were maybe 10 patrons there and most had a dancer attached to them.

Eventually the dollar parade found me. The girls seemed to all be content with a single $1 as they came around the bar, which was a refreshing change from most other clubs. Many also encouraged me to come to the back with them, but I told them politely that I had just gotten there and wanted to take in the scene first. Some were pushier than others, but it wasn't really too annoying. As others have noted, most were Brazilians, and ages/looks varied.
