Went on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of parking all 4 sides of the club (including 7 car parking in front). Free.

Cover was $5. All drinks are $5.50 or $5. Anything you want. 100 Oz Tecate Beer Tower for $26.

Plenty of seating. All free and no upcharge. VIP area is opposite the main stage. It's small and sometimes if the lap dance couches are all taken - dancer takes you to VIP for free. Else it's $20 to the house.
