Below average
I'll start out by saying this is a below average club, not terrible, but I won't be rushing back. Ultra (Formally T's for what seems like an eternity) is located not too far from 95, and not too far from the trio of clubs on Okee. There's plenty of parking. I've been in a few times during the day & never seen a parking attendant. Inside, its a $1 cover during the day. The setup is a bit wierd, there's a bar as you immediately walk past the front desk entrance, then somewhat separate is a large stage with stageside seats with a row of chairs and tables behind them. There's also another raised seating area. The seats aren't fancy, but they're not beat up and filthy either. It's probably similar to Cheetah up the street. Drinks are reasonably priced, I think I paid $4 something for a beer during the day and $6 at night, as I've been in a few times at different times to survey the scene. The service was a bit slow, but I usually sat a bit away from the stage out of the way, so its excusable for the waitress to not see me right away. I didn't sit at the bar, but that appeared to be where most of the action was regardless of time/day.
As far as the girls, on maybe half a dozen visits, I think I saw one girl out of maybe thirty or so (no more than fifteen on any single day) who was worth a dance. I'd put the quality of girls as most similar to Flash dance. They were mostly much older and/or fatter than I prefer. I'm willing to concede that some have preferences for older/thicker girls than I, but I suspect even most of them would agree with my assessment of the dancers being below average. I got my dance on my last visit, and that was on $10 dance night (Monday night) so I kinda lowered my requirements just to give the dance area a spin. The dances are done in a secluded but not private area with long bench divided into love seats with little half walls & rows of beads separating them from the main seating area. Mileage was typical for the area, a bit better than Rhino and Monroes but not as good as Cheetah or Flash Dance. I suspect I could have gone further, but I didn't really want to. I was approached by a number of dancers every visit, most were either slow or reluctant to pick up on the signals that I wasn't interested, but none were overly pushy or demanding. I didn't time any songs, but I didn't feel like they were being cut unreasonably short.
As I started out saying, I feel like this is a below average club. I came in a few times to give it a shot, looking for a replacement club since I have had poor visits to Spearmint Rhino lately. If anything, I've gained a better appreciation for SR. I suppose there may be a Diamond in the rough here now and again that would totally change my outlook, but I feel like I gave the place a fair shake and don't have much to say in terms of reasons to stop in other than it wasn't an awful experience & its nearby other clubs if you strike out. If I come back, I'll probably a quick recon visit on my way to another club or after I've already checked in on the other options and found nothing.
