Not what I had hoped

Based on other reviews, I decided to check DD out on my last Daytona visit. A late evening arrival on a Thursday saw the club was nearly empty. It was almost a 1:1 ratio of customers to dancers. However, many of the girls weren't circulating much because of the small customer base. A few did come sit with us and were not pushy about dances; in fact, one did not want to dance at all and said she tipped the DJ to skip her on the stage rotation! It was very relaxed and we hung at the bar, eventually getting dances from the girls that had sat down with us. Dances are in good-sized booths on the outer wall with a curtain to hide the activities from view. The dances were good, but not to the level I expected based on other reviews here. When I broached the topic of extras, my dancer didn't say no exactly, her prices did that for her. Based on our conversation at the bar, she had an awfully high opinion of herself so that may be what she actually expected, or she just didn't want to say no directly. I had hoped the slow evening might make her receptive to turning it around, but she shot for the moon so to speak, and while attractive, she wasn't up to her asking price. Either way, it wasn't a bad evening but it was not what I had expected based on reading earlier reviews. I will definitely go back as I had similar varied experiences at the nearby Shark so one visit isn't enough to make a final determination.
