I went to Honeybunnz Hideout around 10pm on a Friday night. This club is in a small building right on the main drag, US 730. The west side of the building has a Western mural, and this is where you park. The cover was $5. The guy manning the door explained that I should leave my cell phone in the car. There were signs saying no cell phones, no touching the dancers, and no alcohol. It was mandatory that you buy at least one drink. In one corner is the “Cantina” where a biker sells bottled water, bottles of soda, and bottles of Jarritos. I took a bottle of water and it cost $3. Another biker was working as the DJ. Because this club is a juice bar, anyone eighteen or older is allowed inside.

The interior is small and illuminated in black light. There is one box stage (stage is floor level, encircled by a tipping counter) with a spinning pole. The seating at the stage is cushioned, but the rest of the tables and chairs look like they came from the Goodwill store. The lap dance area is a bench in the shape of a “U” right out in the open, in plain view of the whole club. You get zero privacy during a lap dance. Additionally, the DJ is just feet away from you when getting a lap dance. For research purposes, I got a lap dance from the best of the subpar Friday night line-up. Lap dances are $20 and one-way touching at best. The dancer can touch you, but you cannot touch her back. At one point, I decided to push the envelope and put my hands on the dancer’s hips to see what she would do. She immediately pulled my hands to my sides and reprimanded me. I was one and done. The lack of privacy and tame grinding were disappointing to say the least.

There were five dancers working, all of whom were in the 4-6.5 range. The club is full nude and all of the dancers seemed to get completely naked during their stage sets.
