- Ample parking at the lot across the street which belongs to church.
- Relatively safe neighborhood
- Reasonable cover charge ( I think it was $12 at 5pm)
- Reasonable rates for alcohol. Cheap beer on the tap.
- Adequate number of dancers per shift
