1. Ample parking at the lot across the street which belongs to church.
2. Relatively safe neighborhood
3. Reasonable cover charge ( I think it was $12 at 5pm)
4. Reasonable rates for alcohol. Cheap beer on the tap.
5. Adequate number of dancers per shift
6. Fairly attractive...
