Gold Club probably best club for eye candy in SF

In SF for work and decided to sample the local clubs instead of sitting in the hotel room. After an average experience at the O'Farrell Theater the night before, I decided to hit up the Gold Club based on some of the reviews here. Short review is that it's got a lot of talent, but it's pretty expensive and I doubt that you can get anything more than a nice grind.

The club is located close to the convention center and it felt pretty safe when I went (~10PM). It was completely packed on this particular night with lots of guys in suits, so I'm guessing that people like me who travel for work end up here at the end of the day. Anyway, the interior of the club is fairly posh and on par with something you'd see in Las Vegas. There are two floors, with most of the action taking place on the first floor with the main stage and two satellite stages, where the dancers start fully clothed on before heading to the main stage. I didn't go upstairs so I can't report on what it's like there.

There were at least 25 girls this night so lots of talent to choose from, and most were in the 7-8 range. Most were on the younger side and all had pretty similar body types (i.e. white/thin with a couple of Asians/Latinas). There are some stunners working here and I think it's probably the top club in the city for eye candy. But based on my experience, you're not likely to get anything more than a visual show. I did a 3/$100 set with a tall blond with lots of tattoos. Very hot, but the top stayed on and there wasn't much mutual touching. Was quoted $400 for 30 minutes upstairs, which is way more than I wanted to spend so I declined and went back to watching the stage show and drinking some beer. To get a sense of the price range, a pint of beer ran me $10, so expect your wallet to get a workout if you get a lot of dances or drink a ton.
