sinclair's Review

I went to the Oval Office on a Tuesday night around 23:00. The cover charge was $7, and my driver’s license was scanned into their computer. (At one point in the night, the doorman accused two of the younger patrons of being underage after scrutinizing the scans of their ID’s on his computer.) You get buzzed inside to the club. The interior has a two-story high ceiling. The second floor is a balcony that wraps around the building. There are VIP rooms and a DJ booth upstairs. The full bar is to the right. The two bartenders were not lookers. To the left is the main stage, a large oval with a twenty-five foot pole. Flanking the stage are large portraits of Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Extending off a runway coming from the bar is an elevated secondary stage with pole. Buried in the corner, beyond the bar, is a third pole. Lap dances take place in a community room with a club employee manning a computer at the entrance. The VIP rooms downstairs are in caves coming off the main room, only hidden by hanging beaded curtains. There are large presidential pictures between the openings: Lincoln, Washington, and Jefferson I think. The bathroom was very clean, and there was no troll. Sincweisers were $5 per bottle.
