OGD

I popped into OGD for the first time in a long time. It's your typical Akron bar, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy as well as the girls. Sometimes you can find a diamond in the rough. It was not tonight.

As you enter, the bar is on the right and there are tables on the left. There is a single private room on the near left. On this evening, there were five girls on shift; 1 AA, 2 older white girls and 2 younger white girls. The tables were occupied and I was able to get a seat at the bar. After I get my drink, the AA girl stops by. She asks me the basic questions and giving me a rundown of the club. I had told her that I've never been there before. She asked me about other Akron clubs that I have been and talks about dances and the single private room. She was nice enough and I did get several bar side dances. She tried to convince me to head to private dance but I was not interested. After she was done, one of the older white girls stopped by. She was thin but looks like the lifestyle had taken a toll on her. She made very little small talk and was interested in only the back room. I was not interested and could not get rid of her. I was waiting for one of the younger girls but they were occupied with other customers. After I finished my second drink, I decided the evening would not go as I expected. I cut my losses.

If I'm in the area, I will stop by again.
