Okay, I guess

I've been down the street to Cheetah & Scarlett's more times than I can count, but until a few weeks ago I'd never driven the 3 miles or so over to this club. I decided to stop by after hearing from a couple of girls I liked in the Pompano clubs that they used to dance at Playhouse. I figured chances were good there were more girls like them there. Anyway, the outside is fairly unassuming, there's not a lot of parking but I didn't have trouble finding a spot. I paid $1 to go in. As I was walking in, I did notice a sign saying no flip flops. As I often do, I was wearing flip flops, but no one said anything. I won't go into detail with a description of the interior, you can check the see inside feature of Google Maps. As of a few weeks ago the pictures of the interior were accurate.

The waitress was polite and brought me a reasonably priced beer ($4-5) reasonably quickly. I didn't sit at the bar, but the bartender seemed okay too. The music wasn't terribly loud, and the DJ mostly faded into the background. The songs were a bit short bot not offensively so, just under 15 minutes for the 5 songs I tried to time. I was the only white customer there, but there was about about a dozen or so guys so that's not saying much. The vibe was very laid back, aside from one dude who was a drunk and rowdy enough to get himself asked to leave, most everyone was just kinda hanging out.

There was probably about 10 girls working that I saw. There was one white girl, a couple I'm not sure exactly what they were maybe latina/mixed of some sort. The majority were black girls. As others have mentioned, the dancers tend to be on the younger and slimmer side when compared to the stereotypical black stripper. There was one girl I was particularly interested in, but she was busy with a customer the whole time I was there. There were a few others that were passable, maybe 6's, and one other girl who was quite cute. For whatever reason, not a single girl approached me here. I tipped a few girls on stage, but didn't get more than a smile in return. I waved over a girl who was sitting and playing on her phone in the corner. We chatted a bit, and I got a few floor dances from her. They were $10, and weren't too bad but not enough to get me to spring for a $25 lap dance. I figured after spending a few bucks out front, maybe I'd get approached. I was wrong, I stayed another 30 minutes and still nothing. I'm not shy about approaching strippers when I'm interested in them but there were none here that really made me want to, although there were a few I would have probably got a dance from had they approached and had a halfway decent pitch.
