Getting better!

I hadn't been to Sammy's in like 6 months, but in that time the talent has definitely gotten better. I was there a week ago on a Friday night and was surprised by what I saw. Before, there would be maybe 2 really hot dancers and then a whole bunch that were Ok and then a few that I wouldn't go near if someone paid me. This time around, there were like 6 really hot dancers. Like really hot. I was really surprised. Hopefully that wasn't some weird fluke and this is the new norm at the place. They still charge a ridiculous $45 per dance except once an hour where you can get two for the price of one, but the songs during that time are shorter than they are normally. So what happens is very few people get the regular priced dances and then 2 for 1 hits and the place goes crazy for 2 songs. And then everybody goes back to not getting dances for an hour. At least that's been what I've observed. I'd spend SO MUCH MORE money if it were $20 per dance which is still the price in the Dallas clubs where I used to go. But whatever. So anyway, if you haven't been back, I recommend giving it another try because I think it's gotten way better in the talent department. Also, I've always thought the bartenders here were really friendly and cool. The waittresses are hit or miss.
