Me and a buddy decided to check Rouge out on a recent Friday night. Rouge used to be my favorite club (not anymore), while it is still a good club, it has fallen off a bit the past few months, will get to that shortly.

Rouge opens at 11am. No cover till 9, cover is five bucks at 9. Cover jumps to ten bucks at midnight. There have been a few changes made to the club. As already stated in previous reviews there is no more cage for the minors. They took out the 20 buck lapdance area, and turned that into more seats for the customers. The new lapdance area is smaller than the previous one, and there's only three seats for lapdances, it is in a curtained area like the old one. Keep in mind VIP is in a different area, and that hasn't changed. Basically the club looks bigger now. The new ownership (DejaVu) is making some changes to Rouge. There is a VIP hostess, she used to actually dance at Rouge. Drinks (as far as the mixed ones) are a little more expensive than the average Portland club. I believe a Rum and Coke is 7 bucks here. The bartenders and waitresses for the most part look decent.

The girls is the main reason I say the club has fallen off a bit. It's the same old girls, they don't hire anyone new. A lot of the really hot girls here don't work here anymore (Josie, Lacey, Cassidy, Danika, Jayla etc). Brooke is by far the hottest girl working at Rouge right now (Exotic Magazine March 2016 cover girl). Nowadays on a Friday night there will be 20-30 girls. Most of them are in the 7 range with Brooke being a 8 and maybe Foxy (depending on your tastes). There used to be a lot more 8's at Rouge. I don't know if this is related to the girls, but I've noticed there have been less customers on a Friday night recently.
