seems like the new rules are...

seems like the new rules are never gonna take effect. the signatures were gathered, and the people will get to have their say on the crazy new proposed rules. vote will take place later this year, but until the fall nothing changes. in fact, there seems to be a slight mischief uptick. i was in twice over the holidays and found much to my liking both times. the dj keeps saying that dances in the VIP are 20 bucks, but i haven't found many girls willing to honor that. on the bright side, the extra ten or so bucks still buys you the best dances from the prettiest girls you're gonna find in this state.

the dances i bought were up to the normal standards, and a few times i was offered much more than i'm interested in.
