Sugar's offers drink and dining specials in a cozy atmosphere with pretty dancers.
There was free parking and free entry at 2 PM. (yes 2PM, not 2AM!)
All domestics were $4 and well drinks - including my Captain and Coke - $4.
Food looked impressive and inexpensive (steak under $8) - but I already had lunch.
