Pumps is a titty bar, not a strip club

There are half naked women who look like they belong on the cover of tattoo biker ladies quarterly, and a bar, and three short poles, but no club to speak of. We came mid-week and there were a few other patrons there at around 9:30. More women than patrons, beers are cheap and there was no cover. After sitting down, be prepared to fork over dollars. We'd been here once before and this time the frequency of ladies stopping by for dollars was less pervasive than it had been. I'm not sure if that means they've tried to slow it down, or if it just happened to be those particular women. Later in the night a cute blonde definitely came by more frequently, so who knows. From the bar you'll see topless women doing workouts and practicing for circus routines. No really, actual workouts involving the poles, more than any particular type of dancing. The ladies don't pay much attention to you except to swing by, put their tits forward and get their dollar. Sometimes when they're done with their turn on the pole, they'll approach you and chat you up, but mostly afterwards they go sit on their phones.

If you like a girl and want a lap dance from her, ask when you're giving her the dollar. We asked a redhead and an eastern european woman for lap dances, which you get by buying $20 tokens from the bartender. The lapdances aren't what you're used to at a club, i.e. they are fully clothed. The eastern european lady did amazing grinding at exactly the right pressure which, well, it was quite enjoyable. But expect said lapdances to be behind a cloth curtain with everyone else who is also getting a lapdance, i.e. no privacy, and no mileage as far as I could tell.

Overall, if you aren't expecting a club, and just want beers with naked women and basically zero hustle, Pumps is a good choice, and priced accordingly. Also if you like women with tattoos, this is your place to watch them work on their figure.
