Like the others have said this is not a strip club. The idea is you can take pictures of your model - but for practical purposes consider it a nice VIP room. You rent it for 20 minutes ($60) or 30 minutes ($80). This is less than the going rate for most clubs which will charge $100 to $200 or more for a similar period of time. The catch is this all goes to the house so the girl will want a nice tip for any real contact. Here your mileage will vary but with the right girl very high mileage and extras are available for a reasonable tip. So for about the pre-tip price of a 5 song VIP at other clubs you can leave satisfied.
