Coco Bongos is a gem in the middle of nowhere
Recently I happened to be in Muskogee with some time to kill and decided to check out Coco Bongos. This club is a total dive in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma about an hour south of Tulsa but to my surprise it was actually a pretty awesome club.
Coco Bongos is a small to medium club. It has a small parking lot in the back which was pretty packed. Cover charge was $5 and there was no id scan and a beer was $5. This club opens up at 8 but is more of a late night club getting busy past midnight. Inside the club the main room feels like a dive bar with a couple of pool tables, and around 6 sets of tables and chairs in front of the stage along with benches along each wall, and a tip rail stage-side. The main stage was small with 2 poles, a suspended hoop for acrobatics, and an actual set of bongos.
Girls would do a single song set which were short right at 3 minutes, then they would have a short 20-60 second break song as the next girl made her way to the stage. Every hour or so they seemed to call all of the girls to the main floor to do dollar dances which were just a 30 second no contact preview dance. All of the girls seemed to be quite enthusiastic on stage. There was a ton of stage tipping going on and a lot of stage side dancer initiated contact.
Lap dances were $25 and held in a walk in closet size room in a back corner near the bar. The lap dance room had a curtain giving it privacy but there were always multiple lap dances going on at once so don't expect total privacy unless you come early in the night. I got dances from a few different dancers, all of them got topless and allowed liberal 2 way contact however compared to clubs in other areas there was a lot less grinding. Some dancers didn't grind much, and others a lot, just don't expect constant grinding that is the norm in other places like Texas for example. Keep in mind Oklahoma is technically a no-contact state. One note is when this place is busy girls are selling dances left and right, so don't expect 30 minutes of chatting before a dance, and you may need to ask a girl to wait for a song to start before starting a dance as well.
There are also VIP rooms available for $100/15 minutes, $200/30 minutes, and $300/hour. However there were cameras watching the rooms and the dancer I was interested definitely didn't do extras. The VIP booth had curtains, was nearly pitch black dark, had a comfy couch. The dancer I took back to the VIP was more liberal in what contact she allowed compared to the normal lap dance area and was happy to grind away but again no extras which I expected.
The main thing about this club that surprised me was how hot the dancers are. There were probably 16 girls working 80% white/native american and 20% black. All of the white girls were quite stunning with more than a few having a "runway model" body type, along with more petite, athletic, and curvy (not thick/fat/etc). Honestly other than mons venus I haven't been anywhere with such a high percentage of "7 ups". The few black girls working there were thicc and while not my type they were quite popular in the club.
All of the girls I talked to raved about how much they loved the club and it's management and how well all of the dancers got along. A few of them mentioned how they were driving from an hour away in Tulsa past a bunch of other clubs to work there. And they seemed to all be making great money, there was tons of stage money and lots of guys buying dances. I told a few girls I wanted a dance and had to wait for a few guys before they were free.
In general more than anywhere I have been this place had a really wild and fun vibe to it. Dancers were motorboating customers stageside, and hopping into guys laps at the tip rail in the in the middle of their set. At one point a female customer climbed on stage and the dancer climbed on top of her to simulate 69. Even things I have seen before like a male customer coming on stage to get his "birthday spankings" was just 30% wilder than anywhere else. I got the sense that the girls that work here love the place and there is far less negative competitive energy between them. It's hard to put into words.
Who ever owns this club is doing a great job running it. It's a gem in the middle of nowhere.
The only negatives are the insane amount of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom.
