Far be it from me to tell you what to do with your money, but guys, stop paying these chicks $40 per dance! I visited on a Monday afternoon in mid-February, paid the $10 cover and ordered a "small" non-refillable, non-alcoholic $5 soda before I grabbed a seat on the right side of the club on the long bench just in front of the lap dance area. For those who don't know, you have to buy either a large $10 drink (comes with refills) or a small $5 drink after paying the entry fee. At least during the times I've been there, that's how it works.

To my surprise there were a low double-digit number of girls there with about 5-6 customers on and off for the 1.5 hours I was there. If you have read this far, you probably have a membership and can see what others have written about the club. It's all fairly standard stuff that doesn't seem to change much, but I'm writing to ask others to hold the line on pricing so that what is already a questionable value proposition at $30/dance doesn't get permanently worse. I got a few "normal" $30 dances from a couple of girls, but I had two girls *start* their negotiations at $40/song ... WTF?! Now usually if a girl is throwing that number out, it's to upsell you to what will likely turn out to be nothing more than a higher-priced version of her normal dance. They normally try to get you by offering you what seems like a low-priced, less-fun option for $30 before promising you the moon and stars for just a weeee bit more. But these chicks were brazen enough to tell me that was their standard price. NFW! They were attractive, and all, and I only saw one chick during my time that I probably wouldn't stick in it, but still. I hadn't been to Pandora's in a while and didn't know them, and I wasn't about to take a flyer on two chicks that were probably trying to take me for a ride. I doubt, though, that they would even try this if they hadn't been successful asking for $40 out of the gates in the past. That, or they thought I looked like a sucker! Maybe I do, but I sure wasn't about to feed the animals this day and I hope you don't either.

So, moral of the story: Just. Say. No (to a "standard" $40/song -- now if you can get better quality service, then by all means have at it!).
