Not Fancy But Gets The Job Done

Sinsaysionals is different. But this is not a bad thing. As others have pointed out, its location is not well marked. If you’re coming from the Beltway you stay in the right lane on Rte 450 and follow the signs to Rte 564. You stay on 564 for about 2 miles and eventually you’ll see a car wash on the right. Turn in at the car wash and park wherever you can find a space. The club is at the far end of a strip of auto repair shops. There are no signs anywhere. Follow the music and you’ll find it.

They open at 9. The cover is $10 until 9:30 and then it rises to $20. You get patted down upon entry. I was there on a Friday around 10 p.m. When I arrived I was patron #6. At that time the number of patrons equaled the number of dancers. Other reviewers have described the physical layout so I will skip over that. Many of the seats in the main area are still pretty beaten up. But it does look like some have been replaced. The replacements didn’t look very comfortable as they were hard plastic without cushions.

Sinsaysionals doesn’t sell any alcohol. I believe that you are allowed to bring your own. But I don’t know the rules on what is and isn’t allowed in terms of cans vs. plastic bottles, etc. I usually bring a bottle of water with me. (As an aside one of the dancers said to me that she had never seen anyone drinking water there). They sell bottled water, sodas and Red Bull and chips. These are sold through a window at the same place where you pay for VIP. (More on VIP later). If you’re looking for tables and bottle service, this is not your place. Sins is a no-frills atmosphere.

When I arrived I was surprised to see 2 women working the pole. Most of the previous times I had been there, the pole was unused. Both of these women were pretty talented. It seemed a shame they were dancing for such a small audience. The other women worked the crowd asking for dances. Chair dances are $5 per song. Some women like to do wall dances (also $5 per) where you are standing up against the wall while she grinds on you. I am fairly tall and I am not a fan of the wall dance. Most of the women will chat you up a bit before asking for a dance. A couple didn’t bother with the small talk and launched straight in with “Want a dance?” I was hoping for a specific dancer to appear. After about 45 minutes, it was clear she wasn’t going to be there on this night, so I began to decide among those who were there. The dancers here are of varying body types, from petite to Zaftig to one who appeared visibly pregnant (not that there is anything wrong with that; people got to make a living). And tonight most were not my type. Anyway I eventually settled on Khloe. She was petite and light skinned with long hair, a couple of small tats and several piercings. We chatted briefly. She asked about a private dance. I asked how that worked to see if the rates had changed. Happily the rates are unchanged. Entrance fee to the private dance or VIP area is $20 ($10 for you and $10 for her). Don’t get fooled by the sign (or by a ROB who says it’s $10). Topless dances are $10 per song in this area. It’s not really “private” as there are several chairs plus at least one couch in this area and on this night a security guy was back there too. This was a first during any of my visits for security to be in there. You pay the $20 at the same window where the drinks are sold. You and the dancer both get wristbands. Not sure if the wristbands exempt you from the VIP fee if you return later with the same dancer. I didn’t ask. I was a bit disappointed in Khloe’s dances. My big negative was she almost never faced me during the whole time. She turned sideways a couple of times. But I spent the majority of the 4 songs looking at the weird piercings in her lower back near her kidneys. She allowed me to play with her boobs which is cool. However I was hoping to see more of them than I did.
