no stage show

This club is a slightly longer walk from the border than La Tarantula. Compared to Tarantula, the club itself looks cleaner and higher-class with hotter girls, but there was no stage show when I went in (~6pm), meaning there isn't much to do if you don't want to start getting intimate with girls straight away. Prices are the same: water $3, beer $5, dances $20, FS $100. The girls don't speak much English, but that's not a huge barrier.

Compared to Tijuana, Mexicali is more expensive and has much less choice, but it feels a lots safer to walk around, even at night, and there are no lines at the border. One other plus (which some might see as a minus) is that the clubs don't allow smoking inside.
