Visited: Tuesday After Midnight

My first visit since they moved downtown. I had been across the street to Babes before, but the Tuesday special of $10 dances, no cover and twice as many cars in the parking lot pulled me in. A very attractive door girl offered me an option of an open bar for a $20 cover, but I was there for hopefully some good ld's and not to get drunk. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. The environment was as upscale as probably possible for a cabaret in MS. Not divey like Babes. The faux rattlesnake covered chairs were a nice plus that I've never seen in any other clubs. Drink prices were reasonable, but the smoke factor is evident with smoking by patrons and almost all dancers.

Dances are done in one of three places. The main floor, one of two community VIP rooms, or a private champagne room. I was told the $10 dance special on this night applied to the main floor dances which were air dances. The community VIP room dances were $25 each and consisted of some grinding where there could be as many as eight other patrons getting the same treatment. I didn't experience the champagne room, but I was told it was private booths for three dances for $100. There are cameras in the rooms so extras in the club are nonexistent. The time in the champagne room is strictly monitored with a light coming on when your time expires. There is also a room for a private shower show, but I never saw anyone enter that room.

The dances were definitely enjoyable in the community VIP room whether we were alone or not. I had at least two dances each from four different dancers (Chole, Daisy, Fox, and a black spinner who I forgot her name). Surprisingly, the pictures of the dancers on their website are accurate. It's just too bad that they don't do the real "fun" dances in the club like at the original Dannys that was in Memphis. It also appeared that on the main stage when the dancers danced among the three poles that if the tip was enough ($10 or more) the bottoms came off. There were also advertisements for feature dancers on every other weekend.

Hopefully, time will take it's toll and loosen things up. If it does, things could get really "fun" with the quality of dancers that are now there. It would be almost like hitting Powerball. lol. As always, YMMV!
