Depending on the time of day and of course the day of the week, it is not unusual for the average girl to be in the 6-8 range (with a few of them in the 9-10 range). Of course YMMV. The girls are a mixture of black, hispanic and white. They are also above average friendly. I haven't felt the pushiness I've felt in a lot of other clubs.

The management is also pretty laid back and friendly as well (again I don't feel gouged when I go there).

The VIP area isn't super private and the last booth has a camera right above it, so most girls avoid it. You don't have to buy a pricey bottle of champagne to go back there, but on weekends you do have to pay an extra $10 or $20 (I forget which) to go in the back.
