Cheerleaders' Strengths and Weaknesses On Full Display

I've written previously about Cheerleaders. My reviews have generally been favorable. My most recent visit highlighted a couple of issues that I think management would do well to address. While it's still my fave Philly club, attention to detail would improve the experience for the average customer. So this review is designed to speak to management, less to the customers.

Specifically, I was there on a relatively quiet Thursday evening. 76'ers game on the tube. Pretty typical dancer quality and diversity, which I like.

However, despite the lack of a huge crowd, it was very difficult to attract the bartender, who was consistently engaged in a long and very animated conversation with (I assume) a couple of her favorite customers. Her eyes never left them, you couldn't attract her out of the corner of her eye, even another dancer mentioned how rude her behavior was (to me, not to her). It wasn't like I was looking for a refill every five minutes, either. But she wasn't paying attention to prospective customers, her conversation seemed more important than anything else. She just basically wasn't doing her job. Big black hair. I've seen her before, and I don't recall a problem. But it was noticeable last night.
