Fine Experience for a Monday Afternoon

Got here a bit after 1:00 pm on the Monday after Christmas and was not expecting much. There were 5 dancers hanging around when I arrived along with the bouncer, DJ and bartender. And one customer, me. That pretty much made me the center of attention, so I sat at the bar where most of them were hanging out and just chatted with them for awhile. Of the 5 dancers I found 2 very attractive, as in if you saw them walking down the street you'd definitely watch them, 2 attractive enough that you'd notice them on the street, but not really spend a lot of time eyeballing them and the last pretty average looking. I spent time really talking to 3 of the girls and found it a pleasant experience. When a few more customers drifted in they began dancing. The two most attractive girls were also the best dancers, which often is not the case.

VIP dances were $20 for one song and $25 for 2. If you did the 2 song dance you got a card for a free drink. At 4:00 pm I think happy hour started or something as the bartender passed out more free drink cards.

Drink prices are all over the place. Had beer for $4.25. Was offered a shot for $2, some kind of special. Bought a dancer a $3 shot. When I stopped drinking alcohol and switched to water it was $4.50, some elaborate bottled kind of spring water I've never seen before. They also had free snacks like nuts, pretzels, and goldfish available.

I had a fine time and the only negative I can say is that even with that small a number of people in there the place got stacked up with smoke really fast. They could really use better HVAC and air filtration.
