Horrible!!!!!

This place has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time in Syracuse. It was the place to be until new management. They make it seem like you need to beg your way there and forgets who spends the money apparently. Drinks are over priced and taste like water. If the club is empty they still kick you out of vip when you still have full bottles. The girls there have poor hygiene. Management seems to act like he owns the girls. Come on. Learn about customer service! The only thing at this place welcoming are the security. I do not recommend this club to anyone.
