Cloud 9 is a claustraphobic nightmare. It's always far too crowded at night. I HATE how they have a bouncer sit in the back and watch you get your lap dances. The waitresses will hound you to buy the dancers drinks. All that being said, it's still the best place in Tulsa to get lap dances so I keep going back.
