No One Home

I stopped in to DJV about 3 PM on Tuesday this week. I had been in before mid to late afternoon and found it sometimes pleasant. Good conversation and hit and miss on dancers. This week, the lot looked like there were several cars in. In fact, I followed what I thought was another PL into the lot as I turned in off Sprague. I parked around back and came in through the doors. Hmm, no music playing. I got to the bar, no one there, no one in sight. Pretty soon the really big guy greets me and then says "I just want to let you know, I have only one girl on now. One or two more will be coming in another hour to hour and a half."

Well, I decided that I would come back another day. Thanked the Big Guy and left.

I really appreciated him being up front with me about the situation.

So, I gotta wonder, who belonged to those other 6 or 8 cars in the lot?
