On a recent trip to Cleveland I decided to venture down to the Akron area and check out the SC options. I had read several reviews here and thought that it might be worth the effort. I stopped in to OGD mid afternoon on a Tues or Wed a few weeks ago. Small parking lot so with only 6-7 cars parked it's about 30% full. No cover charge. Ordered some $2 (?) beers. There were four dancers there - one tiny AA and three unattractive white girls. I ended buying the AA a 'sex on the beach' cocktail and she gave me a few rounds of $5 dances right at the bar. The dances were good as they could be for being on a stool and out in the open. I was approached by one or two of the other girls but wasn't about to get to know them better. I wouldn't make an out of my way trip to this place again but if in town I'd give it another try before dismissing it altogether. I also did drop in to CWs and Dreamers on this visit. One I walked right out of, the other I stayed for a beer. On this particular late afternoon (5-6 pm) neither had enough talent to stick around for - and this is coming from someone who favors a club a bit gritty over high end.
