Law Changes in Rapid City take the fun out of clubs

Back in the Rapid City area for my HS reunion after having been gone for a long time (30 years), as family doesn’t live in the area any more. Only had one night available. I used to really like the Outer Limits, which I guess has been gone for awhile, and Shotgun Willie’s was closed, so I decided to check out Belle Star, which I had never heard of. This will be a short review, because I didn’t stay long. First impressions – doesn’t look like most clubs. Frankly, looks kind of like a gas station quickie mart that has been converted. Ceilings are very low for a club, only a couple poles. Clientele was a mixture of redneck and young airman, which makes sense due to its location near an air force base in South Dakota. Most of the girls I saw were a bit thicker than I prefer, so I wanted until a skinnier girl to come seeking a lap dance. I agreed and we went to the small private room. She admitted she was new and not very good, and she was right, but she had a nice body, and it had been a while since I had a lapdance, so it was better than nothing.. I was disappointed in the changes to the law since I last went to a club. Used to be nudity both on stage and during lapdances, with lots of nice grinding contact. Not so much now, as only topless and not much contact at all. Lapdance was okay considering, but not enough to make me want more. Music was so loud I really couldn’t make out her name when she told me.
