West end of Rapid City across the street for the national guard station.

Entry:

$3 cover charge and no drink minimum. However, very poorly executed. The door man checked my ID. I asked if there was a cover and he said the bar tender will take care of that. I talked to the bartender about cover, and she takes my money and goes to the cash register where the door man is sitting to enter my cover charge. WTF? Couldn’t the bum ass at the door take care of that for me? Just seems poorly managed IMO.
