High Price in the "Holy City"

South Carolina tends to be a good state for SCs. This club seems to try hard to counter-balance the rest of the state. This club has terrible value for money - and the dancers didn't give me attention. I came into the club with about $400 in my pocket and plenty of cards that would give me access to much more cash. The price set up is wack - 1 song for $30, 2 songs for $40 (about 7-8 mins total of dancing) or 15 minutes of VIP for $175-$200. Odd set up but I was definitely willing to spend some money on at least 2 for $40 dances. I asked a drink girl (they can perform VIP for $200 for 15 minutes but not standard lap dances) to let one of the strippers that caught my eye know I was interested in paying for dances - at least 2 for $40 and maybe more from her, and the drink girl said she would let her know but that the stripper really only wants to do VIP dances - and then the drink girl (who I tipped 50%) never even went over to the stripper to tell her anything. I want to get a sample of the dance before forking out the money for VIP, and it just doesn't seem right for a dancer to not be willing to do dances at the price shared in the club. That seems reasonable. I hope management reads this review and talks to their workers. There was one heavy-set girl that did give me a little attention, but that isn't my type and I politely declined. But there were several dancers that were standing around "chillin" most of my visit that could have made money off of me if they would have come over and asked if I wanted company. I buy drinks, I buy dances and I buy VIPs if the value is right and the dancer and I click; but this club let a customer that was eager to pay-n-play sit alone sipping through 3 drinks before leaving after about an hour because not a single one of the several strippers I would have gladly paid for a dance ever came over to even say "hi". I'm an educated individual in my thirties that dresses well and walks confidently. I have a few extra pounds, but still cut quite a figure. And the bartender and drink girl are the only people that made money off of me because no one else of my liking even tried. I left with over $350 in my pocket - and i would have gladly left with $0 - but no one tried to make me and my money part ways. I have visited nasty clubs, I have visited "skank" clubs, I have visited rude clubs; but this club just cam across as being a sad excuse for a club at all. Stilettos - the SAD "gentleman's club". Save your time and avoid this let-down of a club.
