Hours are... flexible

I passed this place last night. It was all buttoned up so I made a mental note to check out the hours online and make a return trip when I passed by tonight. The info I found said La Oficina opens at 8. Stopped by on the way home bit after 8 to find it still locked up. Went and grabbed some dinner and on the way back tried again at 9:30. Bouncer stopped me at the door and said that they open at 10. Walked around a bit, and made my way back at 10:30. Bouncer told me to come back in 15. Didn't bother. It's a business, run it like one.
