What happened to the quality dancers?

I walked in and said "hi, long time no see" to the bartender of old. Sat down and was immediately greeted by a not-so-attractive dancer, even before the bartender could ask me what I wanted to drink. After I declined the dancers company, I ordered a beer and sat back to examine the dancer quality. Between the less than average facial looks, the over weight physiques, and the minimally talented dancing abilities, I was greatly disappointed. Was it because it was Monday? Not sure, but there was nothing there I'd be willing to take home...even for free. I spent the last 1/2 hr there chatting with the bartender and reminiscing about the "good old days".
