a good club that is middle of the road in quality but not very busy

The San Antonio Men's Club (SAMC) is not related to the other Men's Clubs around the country which are all very up-scale. Instead, it is owned by the people who own the Palace in San Antonio, which is the highest end club in the city. This club doesn't try to be anywhere as fancy as the Palace, even though its decor is every bit as nice. However, because it is in a bit of an out of the way location, it is not that busy, and doesn't get the high end clientele to support a really high class club. However, it is definitely not a low end club either, and tries to situate itself somewhere in-between the Palace and lower end places like Sugar's or All-Stars. There are attractive girls here, but they are not as hot as the ones at the Palace but better than the lower end clubs. Also, there are fewer girls here than at many of the other clubs in the city.

I was there on a Saturday. I got there near the end of the day shift and stayed for the night shift. The cover was $5. The day shift was not very busy at all. There were about 8 girls and about 5 were pretty attractive. The not so attractive ones (I would rate them 5's) were very aggressive and pushy and somewhat unpleasant. There were not a lot of customers either, about 15 in total. The lap dances were done off to the side. One side beside the DJ booth was free, and the other on the far side of the room was $40 for the whole day. However, during the day the managers didn't seem to enforce the $40 charge. Neither location gave much privacy and was not as good as the dark corners that used to be freely available.

During shift change from about 7 to 9, things were extremely slow with about the same 4 girls continuously on stage for 3 songs, with a couple of songs break between sets.
