Return Visit

I commented on Sugar & Spice back in June, and at the time I thought I sensed an effort to try and move the place up a notch. Apparently, I was wrong. Still at the same notch. See other reviews for the condition of the place. It is unchanged. I can't understand it, because a small amount of money could make some major improvements. On the other hand, it is a low pressure environment in terms of the demands for tips. Tonight, a girl told me she isn't allowed to accept tips around the outside of the bar. A first for me. I guess this is consistent with really just being a neighborhood place with a few dancers. The regulars aren't going to stand for an aggressive tip parade. Girls are varied and some reasonably hot. I gone for a few lap dances in the past couple of weeks. Just so so...but not really reasonable to expect more. When I go here it is because I want to see a few boobs and not be picked clean money wise - so there is that.
